The DJI Mavic Pro 3 video is a personal animation project in which I explored product visualisation. I tried to visualize the drone in a modern / futuristic setting, highlighting the most important features in a visually interesting way.

I started off by animating the cameras. The camera movements start off slow, giving an overview of the location. After the introduction, the drone's features get highlighted. In these shots the camera moves quickly into the shot, moves slower while highlighting a feature and then exits the shot quickly to get to the next feature. Using this format, the viewer gets enough time to get a look at every feature while also remaining engaged.

I then modelled the presentation room, trying to give it a modern / futuristic look. The room doesn't draw much attention, keeping the focus on the product. It does however add to the experience of the video, giving it a believable context.

Finally I paid a lot of attention to the texturing and lighting. I tried to achieve a visualisation which is as close as possible to the real product. This, in combination with the more stylized feature shots, ultimately resulted in a well-designed and rich animation.
